Guaranteed buyback from the developer, with 100% rate of the original purchase price and a progressive rate of 5% during the 5 years starting from the 10th to 15th year of ownership (the final buyback rate will reach 125% on 15th year)
b. Leasehold (long-term lease with no registration of ownership) for 90 years from US$90,000 with a guaranteed buyback option
